Train for a Triathlon is blog that was started with a simple idea: help out endurance athletes with finding the right training plans. It’s a no-frills approach to the triathlon training process, and it is intent is to be used as supplemental guide for athletes at all levels of training. The foundational goal is to help triathletes get on the right path for efficient and effective training.
The nature of this blog can be summed up with three core values:
- Keep It Property Aligned. The right path is different for everyone. This blog explores various paths to take.
- Inspire the Competitor within. Training is tied. to competing. Thus, an underlying premise it to enable to competitor within.
- Make the Process Enjoyable. Many triathletes may see training as misery. But, with the right mindset, training can be fun and enjoyable.
